Stop it Immediately!

All software development for Python must stop immediately. No kidding, I can’t keep up. I can’t take it anymore. If you have been working on anything that might end up in PyPi I need you to change jobs, wives, religions – whatever it takes. JUST STOP!

Here’s the thing. We’re on the cusp of publishing the biggest revision ever in the Python General Toolbox which is aimed at beginning to intermediate Pythonistas. It is expanding to 6 pages. It has huge changes to class, data containers, iteration and sequence tools. It adds mini-overview vingets for a ton of Standard Library modules plus a few from PyPi. PyPi is the problem. You see that blank space with the big red x. That is all the room I have left. But I have at least 40 more modules that I HAVE TO LEARN to decide what goes in that hole.

I have no idea how to solve this problem. So I am about to assign some random numer selection process. But which of the 3 possible random number processes should I use! I can’t take it.

I recently ran across a new GUI program, PiSimpleGUI, that might be the most important new module in the last few years – keep in mind Big Daddy offers a TEN PAGE toolbox on tkinter that has gotten stellar comments! . We have paid our GUI dues! PiSimpleGUI won’t even make the top 10 list for consideration because it is so new. Phooey!

Hey. What if I just leave it blank with a heading “This area for your notes”. Maybe.
